How can we help?
Where is my farm saved?
On your device, inside the app. It is saved every few seconds while you play and when you leave the app, so a closed app or a flat battery loses nothing. Deleting the app deletes the farm with it.
Can I move my farm to a new phone?
Not yet. A way to back up and move your farm is on our list. Until then, keep the app installed on the phone where you play.
Does the game need the internet?
No. Farmlight works fully offline and never connects to anything. That is also why it collects no data: see our privacy page.
My crops stopped growing.
Crops only grow while the soil is wet. Water them, or wait for rain. In winter most crops grow at half speed, and in a heatwave the soil dries almost twice as fast.
The farm hands left.
Hands are paid every in-game day while you play. If the money ran out, anyone who could not be paid goes home. Sell a harvest, then hire again from the đź‘Ą board.
Something looks wrong, or I have an idea.
